Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a form of talking therapy that combines cognitive therapy and behaviour therapy. It focuses on how you think about the things going on in your life – your thoughts, images, beliefs and attitudes (your cognitive processes) – and how this impacts on the way you behave and deal with emotional problems.
I am a qualified Cognitive and Behavioural Therapist working at a private company based in Essex. I deliver group & face to face Cognitive & Behavioural therapy sessions. I also deliver 1:1 EMDR therapy sessions. I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and have provisional accreditation with the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies). I am working towards full accreditation with the BABCP. </>
